To rapidly evaluate the lifetime of newly developed battery packs, a method for estimating the future health state of the battery pack using the aging data of the battery cell's full life cycle and the early data of the battery pack is proposed. First, the battery cycle aging characteristics are analyzed from different perspectives.

Manufacturers often specify the cycle life of lithium batteries, typically in terms of the number of cycles until the battery retains around 80% of its original capacity. For example, if a battery has a rating of 500 cycles. In that case, you can charge and discharge it 500 times before it reaches 80% of its original capacity.

Therefore, the experiment data showed that power lithium-ion batteries directly affected the cycle life of the battery pack and that the battery pack cycle life could not reach the cycle life of a single cell (as elaborated in Fig. 14, Fig. 15). Mentioning the service life of power lithium-ion batteries, developing the high-property cathode/anode materials, high-security electrolytes, separator with superior safety properties is very vital. The corresponding measurements aim to increase the charge storage capacity, furtherly the service life.

Proper maintenance is crucial in ensuring the longevity of a 60V Lithium battery. Regular maintenance practices include monitoring battery charge levels, ensuring optimal charging conditions, and storing the battery in appropriate environments. Overcharging or undercharging the battery can lead to premature degradation.

Among all power batteries, lithium-ion power batteries are widely used in the field of new energy vehicles due to their unique advantages such as high energy density, no memory effect, small self-discharge, and a long cycle life [, , ]. Lithium-ion battery capacity is considered as an important indicator of the life of a battery.
